The role oversees program services and supports, supervises providers and indirect staff, manages licensing, compliance, safety, incident response, stakeholder relations, recruitment, training, financial and billing compliance, and host-home recruitment and certification. The position pays $70,304 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, five years of related experience except for Ohio and Pennsylvania, and a current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
