Description
The Operations Management Program Director will manage the operations of an Adult Day Health Program, overseeing medical, social, nutritional, and recreational services; program policies and goals; fiscal administration; staff supervision and development; regulatory compliance; admissions, transportation, safety, and outreach. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or registered nurse status where required by state regulations, at least one year of adult impairment-care experience, two years of managerial experience, two years of adult health-care experience, leadership and communication skills, CPR and First Aid competence, and recent physical and TB testing.
