Mentor Community Services is hiring a Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery, while managing staff performance, scheduling, and hiring decisions. The position is based in the office on Wilmot between Speedway and Pima, operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with on-call coverage, and offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules.
