Mentor Community Services is hiring a Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, program delivery, and staff performance. It requires a bachelor's degree and two to three years of related human services experience, an equivalent education and experience combination, a current driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full-time compensation and benefits starting at $47,840 annually.
