Sparksoft is hiring a Program Director to lead a healthcare portfolio serving federal and CMS stakeholders, including value-based payment models, fraud, waste, and abuse analytics, quality reporting, and patient-safety initiatives. The role oversees 60+ employees and subcontractors, manages staffing, recruitment, finances, ROI, profitability, operations, budgets, proposals, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning, and requires at least 15 years of large-scale healthcare portfolio leadership experience. The position is based in Columbia, Maryland, with at least three days per week in the office, and offers a Maryland pay range of $160,000 to $210,000 USD plus health insurance and other benefits.
