Symetria Recovery is hiring a Program Director to lead an outpatient behavioral health clinic, including staffing, performance management, regulatory compliance, patient-centered care, community relationships, and multidisciplinary coordination. The role requires supervisory or management experience, a current Illinois license or certification, direct patient-service capability, and strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation is $85,000 to $95,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
