The Program Director will oversee the daily operations of a congregate care residence, managing building operations, staff supervision, resident services, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and facility maintenance. The role ensures residents are treated with dignity and respect, handling tasks such as overseeing building operations, managing admissions, ensuring regulatory compliance, collecting fees, maintaining stakeholder relationships, recruiting and training staff, monitoring budgets, assisting with policy development, providing resident services like case management and recreation, responding to crises, and ensuring food service operations.
