Fedcap NYC Inc. is hiring a Program Director to lead and direct the Bedford Stuyvesant Jobs-Plus program. The role manages staff and key roles, oversees program performance, financial and administrative systems, contracts, budgets, compliance, reporting, and community and government partnerships, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition on hiring and personnel development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in social services, criminal justice, mental health, or substance use disorder, and demonstrated success with program execution, performance outcomes, and budget management.
