Theodo is hiring a Program Director to manage and develop a team of Lead Product Managers and Product Managers working on Shoppers-domain projects. The role oversees project delivery, quality, timelines, and value creation; conducts annual reviews; runs weekly product dojos; contributes to staffing and practice structuring; and participates in presales. Candidates should have an engineering-school background, more than eight years of professional experience including at least six years in product management, strong client-facing and management skills, and interest in retail or e-commerce.
