Description
The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of Victory House’s residential treatment program for men with substance use disorders and mental health needs in Boston’s South End. The role manages program compliance, staffing, budgets, client records, reporting, community relationships, and the supervision and development of program staff, while also providing front-desk coverage and on-call support. It is a full-time, on-site position requiring at least three years of experience with priority populations, fiscal and contract management experience, supervisory ability, and current CPR certification; the listed annual rate is $83,220.
