Vinfen, a nonprofit organization established in 1977, seeks a Program Director I to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of group homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. This role involves providing leadership and consultation to staff regarding individual service plans and treatment plans, supervising program staff, and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
