Wayside is hiring a Program Director - Residential Services to oversee the operations of a male residential unit on its residential campus in Framingham. The role supervises direct-care staff, manages case management, staffing, budgets, compliance, risk and safety, licensing, quality, and funding relationships, and provides training in behavior support and trauma-informed techniques. Candidates need at least five years of field experience, three years in a supervisory capacity, residential-program and DCF-system knowledge, and strong leadership and crisis-management skills; a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred but not required.
