The YMCA of the East Valley is hiring a full-time Program Director in San Bernardino, California, reporting to the Associate Executive Director. The role leads the program experience, assesses outcomes and participation trends, supports fundraising and donor relations, delivers member and community service, maintains records, and supports operational and risk-management goals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of YMCA or customer-service experience, and experience managing people, programs, and budgets. The salary range is $70,304.00 annually, prorated over 11 months.
