TechnoServe is hiring a Program Director to lead the anticipated five-year BeninKarite program in Cotonou, Benin. The role will oversee program implementation, strategy, budget, deliverables, team management, donor and government relations, and regional or global presentation. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree or equivalent with eight years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with twelve years of experience, plus at least five years in women’s economic empowerment and market systems development. The position requires French and English fluency, up to 40% travel, and is contingent on donor activity award and approval; expatriate applicants receive a two-year appointment while Benin nationals receive a five-year contract.
