Description

CAMBA is hiring a full-time Program Director to lead and manage its Cornerstone program at 726 Stanley Avenue in Brooklyn. The role oversees youth, adult, senior, and community programming; staff supervision and scheduling; program quality, compliance, recruitment, retention, reporting, budgets, and community partnerships. Evening and weekend hours are required, and the position offers $64,500 annually plus health insurance, dental insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, 18 credits in education or a related field, or a Youth Studies certificate with two years of applicable experience

Two years of direct experience working with children under age 13, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
Two years of direct experience with a New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential
Two years of college and two years of direct experience working with children 13 years, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in English and another language
