Toloka AI is hiring a Program Director to own and scale the execution of complex AI data projects across a major client portfolio or service vertical. The role focuses on program strategy, roadmap and success-metric ownership, end-to-end delivery of LLM-powered products, automation, and analytics, governance, solution design, vendor management, and cross-functional team leadership. It requires 10+ years of technology consulting and delivery experience, 5+ years of program or portfolio management, and hands-on technical background in data science or software engineering. The position is full-time and contract, fully remote for most candidates, with hybrid options for candidates based in the Netherlands or Serbia, and offers a US base salary range of USD 160,000–210,000 per year.
