SMOC is hiring a Program Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 16-unit residential program serving women with mental health and substance use histories. The role manages staffing, supervision, program policies, client records, referrals, billing, budgets, compliance, and relationships with funders and community providers. It is a 100% on-site position in Framingham, Massachusetts, with a Monday-through-Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, on-call responsibilities, and a requirement for a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
