Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Program Director to oversee the Washington DC program, including participant services, intake and service planning, staff recruitment and supervision, budget management, reporting, compliance, and community partnerships. The role requires at least one year of experience managing staff and budgets, with a master's degree in a related field preferred and a bachelor's degree with commensurate experience considered.
