URI is hiring a Program Director/Social Work Supervisor for its Brooklyn location to lead a domestic violence shelter program. The role manages shelter operations, client intake and discharge, billing and budgeting, staff and intern supervision, training, community collaborations, program development, grant support, and program evaluation. It requires at least three years of residential program management experience, five years of management and supervisory experience, a graduate degree in social work, human services, or a related field, and experience working with domestic violence victims. The position pays $81,000 to $107,100 per year.
