Description
Bluecrux is hiring a Program Director for end-to-end supply chain planning transformations. The role owns large-scale transformation programs, defines workstreams and resources, aligns customers and partners, coaches consulting teams, leads workshops, manages risks and stakeholder relationships, and reports progress to steering committees. Candidates need at least 15 years of experience in supply chain and operations transformations, including end-to-end programs with system implementation components, plus experience in Life Sciences or CPG/Consumer Goods. The position requires global travel, a hybrid working model, English fluency, and a valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one within six months.
