Harris & Associates is hiring a Program Director for its PMCM Education team in Los Angeles, California. The role leads complex, high-risk construction and education projects; manages project and program plans, estimates, quality, change management, proposals, contracts, and senior staff; develops executive client relationships; and leads strategic business development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 15+ years of construction experience, and 6+ years of project management experience, with a master’s degree and professional license preferred.
