Assystem is hiring a Program Director/IT Project Lead to support a defense-sector client through the Digital Transformation and Information Systems Department in Brest. The role develops technical specifications, oversees project structures and delivery, assesses risks, assigns resources, and monitors progress through dashboards and steering committees. Candidates need a degree or master’s level in Information Systems, at least 10 years of experience, knowledge of V-Model, Waterfall, Agile, Jira, and Planisware, and strong quality, cost, schedule, data-analysis, and KPI-tracking skills. The position offers a flexible telework agreement of up to two days per week and is subject to a government administrative background check.
