Abridge is hiring a Program Director to own the success of its federal program, serving as the operational center of gravity across product, clinical, commercial, engineering, legal, and government affairs teams. The role sets strategy, establishes operating rhythms, tracks delivery and outcomes, escalates risks, manages federal stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, and builds program management infrastructure. It requires at least 8 years of program or operations leadership experience, strong healthcare and federal knowledge, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project-management skills, and reports to the Head of Partner Success. Compensation is listed at Tier 1 of $207,000–$258,000 and Tier 2 of $186,000–$232,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees.
