Parsons is hiring a Sr. Program Director for its Federal Solutions team to provide business-unit management, managerial and technical leadership, client and community relations, project reporting, and preventative management of complex construction programs. The role requires a bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering or equivalent, Certified Construction Manager certification or equivalent, 20 years of experience or 24 years of related experience, 15+ years with three years in a senior project or team leader role, experience on projects exceeding $50 million, cleared facility construction experience, USAF/USSF infrastructure knowledge, and OSHA certification. The position offers a salary range of $157,500 to $283,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
