Description
Pathward is hiring a Director of Fraud Operations to lead end-to-end operational fraud leadership below the SVP, integrating Level 1 alert operations, Level 2 investigations, and fraud intelligence. The role manages alert volumes, queue health, escalations, SLAs, operational risk, KPIs, regulatory referrals, audits, and governance; directs two fraud-management managers; develops fraud typologies and detection controls; and manages, mentors, and develops people. The position requires a related bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, typically 10 or more years of fraud, investigations, or financial-crimes experience, and strong knowledge of fraud typologies, card and ACH ecosystems, alerting platforms, and SAR/CTR requirements. The salary range is $72,000–$120,000, with an annual performance-based incentive opportunity and health insurance among the benefits.
