BMNT is hiring a Program Director to run Hacking for Defense® for the Department of the Interior’s Innovation with Academia portfolio. The role owns the client relationship, sources real-world defense problems, coordinates universities, educators, student teams, mission partners, nonprofits, and contractors, drives post-course commercialization and funding transitions, manages program economics and growth, and supervises project leads and innovation analysts. The position requires extensive experience in complex, multi-stakeholder defense-innovation programs, U.S. citizenship, and occasional travel; it is based in the Washington, D.C. metro area and pays $155,000–$200,000 plus benefits.
