Description
The Center for Human Development is hiring a Program Director to lead clinical and administrative oversight of its In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring programs. The role supervises multidisciplinary clinical staff, develops teams, partners with community stakeholders, manages operations and budgets, oversees compliance and quality assurance, and supports evidence-based behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and families. Candidates need a master's degree in behavioral health or a related clinical field, independent clinical licensure, and at least three years of supervisory or leadership experience with children, adolescents, and families. Compensation is $85,000–$98,000, with dental, health, and life insurance and other paid time off.
