Description
The Surgical Technology Program Manager oversees the operation, curriculum, accreditation, faculty, students, clinical placements, and continuous quality improvement of a Surgical Technology program. The role includes coordinating instructional, laboratory, and clinical activities; supervising curriculum development and evaluation; maintaining accreditation documentation; managing program budgets; advising faculty and students; and supporting program outcomes and stakeholder relationships. Applicants must hold an associate degree, surgical technology accreditation, current CST certification, CPR/BLS certification, and at least five years of relevant operating room or instructional experience within the past ten years.
