Description
The Program Director will manage the day-to-day operations of the organization’s Kenilworth location in Brooklyn, New York, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, program quality, regulatory compliance, budgets, facilities, performance metrics, continuous improvement, reporting, and staff development. The role requires a master’s degree in social work, at least four years of human services experience including managerial and supervisory experience, crisis-management and community-relations capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with travel throughout the New York City area.
