CAMBA is hiring a full-time Program Director for its Learning to Work (LTW) Transfer Schools program at Judith S Kaye High School in New York City. The role reports to the Program Manager and oversees program activities, student and staff support, budgeting, reporting, data quality, performance appraisals, and program marketing. The position requires a bachelor's degree and two years of applicable experience, with a master's degree preferred, plus experience with high school-aged youth and the ability to adapt to a public-school environment. Compensation is $63,663.60 annually, with health insurance, dental insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and paid holidays.
