Dungarvin is hiring a full-time Program Director for its Rohnert Park Day Program, an operational leadership role supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position leads daily program operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, compliance, documentation, quality assurance, and community partnerships while being physically present on the floor to coach staff and support high-behavior situations. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of human services experience, supervisory experience, and experience with adult day programs, behavioral interventions, and regulatory compliance. The starting salary is $80,000, with a full wage scale of $80,000 to $89,169.70, plus medical, vision, dental, supplemental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
