Description
The Program Director will lead the Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada’s Native Workforce Development Program funded through WIOA, overseeing program operations, strategic planning, culturally appropriate workforce services, staff supervision, grant compliance, budgeting, data reporting, and partnerships with tribal nations and other stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive leadership experience in workforce development or federally funded programs, WIOA knowledge, tribal-community experience, and the ability to travel throughout Nevada. Compensation is $68,931.20–$84,448, with 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
