CAMBA is hiring a full-time Program Director of Security and Operations in Bronx, New York, to oversee security and safety operations at supportive housing sites, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staffing and incidents, support quality assurance and crisis prevention, and coach direct-reporting staff. The role requires some college, a high school diploma or GED, a security license, two years of relevant experience, and three to five years of supervisory experience; bilingual English and Spanish is preferred. Compensation is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with health and dental insurance and other benefits.
