Description
The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Holocaust Survivor Program, including budget management, policy and quality-assurance development, staff selection and supervision, client case management, advocacy, counseling, reporting, and community and funding representation. The role requires an MSW or related degree, 3–5 years of social-services experience, supervisory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. It offers a hybrid schedule after the probationary period and pays $75,000–$77,800 plus a $4,000 bonus for Russian speakers.
