CAMBA is hiring a full-time Program Director to lead and manage its Pink Houses Cornerstone Program at 2702 Linden Blvd in Brooklyn. The role oversees youth, adult, senior, and community programming; staff supervision and scheduling; program quality, compliance, recruitment, retention, reporting, budgets, and community partnerships. It requires evening and weekend hours, a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, two years of supervisory or management experience, and specified New York clearances and training. Compensation is $70,000 annually, with health insurance, dental insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and paid holidays.
