Description

Ultimate Medical Academy is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead the development, implementation, evaluation, compliance, budgeting, and regional operations of educational programs. The role manages faculty and staff, supports student success, analyzes regional market trends, and develops team members. It requires an accredited radiography program, a master’s degree, current ARRT certification, at least three years of full-time clinical medical imaging experience, and two years of experience as an instructor at an accredited institution. The position is onsite at UMA’s Clearwater and Tampa campuses, with possible flexible remote instructional work, and offers a $100,000–$110,000 USD annual compensation range.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Graduate from an accredited radiography program and hold a master’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or CHEA.
Required Previous Experiences: At least three years of full-time clinical experience in medical imaging.
Two years of experience as an instructor in an accredited program.
Experience in instruction, student evaluation, academic advising, educational methods, and personnel supervision.
Preferred Qualifications: Online and hybrid course delivery, instructional design, curriculum adaptation, online education management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in the required skills and experience.
Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
