AECOM is hiring a Program Director – Rail and Transit to provide executive leadership for large, complex rail and transit programs from pursuit and mobilization through delivery, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover. The role oversees multidisciplinary engineering, construction, systems integration, commercial, safety, regulatory, and stakeholder functions; manages budgets, contracts, risk, and performance; and supports innovation, succession planning, and strategic growth. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and typically 20+ years of infrastructure delivery experience are required, with initial work location potentially flexible and relocation to a major rail program location possibly required after program award.
