BronxWorks is seeking a shelter manager to oversee family shelter operations, including facility compliance, 24-hour security, fire safety, crisis intervention, communications, staffing, hiring, training, program development, data management, fundraising, budgeting, and interagency representation. The role requires a master's degree in social work or mental health, an LMSW or LMHC license, and 3–5 years of supervisory and contract management experience, along with experience working with governmental agencies and multi-problem families.
