Description
The Agence du Numérique en Santé is seeking an ROR Program Director to lead the convergence of regional healthcare and support-service reference frameworks into a single national framework. Reporting to the Domain Director, the role will define program strategy, manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and governance, ensure data quality and interoperability, support deployment and stakeholder adoption, and directly supervise five employees. The position requires a master's degree or equivalent, at least 15 years of experience leading complex multi-stakeholder transformation programs, and expertise in program leadership, digital transformation, and complex information systems.
