The role supervises direct-reporting staff, coordinates program operations, ensures compliance with contracts and privacy requirements, develops quality-assurance and performance measures, prepares reports for management and funders, and supports client and staff services. Candidates need a master’s degree in social work, clinical counseling, or a related field, a current LCSW or LMHC license, and at least two years of experience overseeing supportive housing programs.
