Description
The Program Director will oversee clinicians delivering mental health services to elementary and secondary students in School District #23, providing clinical leadership, supervision, coordination, performance management, crisis consultation, referral and intake coordination, and administrative oversight. The role is full-time, primarily Monday to Friday, and requires a relevant master’s degree, at least four years of clinical experience, supervisory experience, and experience in school-based, child/youth mental health, trauma-informed care, and at-risk behaviour management. Compensation is $8,000–$8,250 per month, with benefits available after a successful trial period.
