Description
This is a program management role overseeing the administrative, operational, staffing, clinical, fiscal, and quality-assurance aspects of a supportive housing and adult-homes program. The position directs clinical treatment and crisis services, supervises and hires staff, manages personnel and property, oversees compliance and financial controls, coordinates community partnerships, and supports clients with serious mental illness. It requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or another mental-health field, three years of professional mental-health experience, and at least three years of supervisory experience; NYS licensure and Spanish bilingualism are preferred.
