Hologic is hiring a Program Director, Supply Chain, Operations & Strategy to lead strategic initiatives at its Costa Rica manufacturing site. The role leads cross-functional programs with global stakeholders and advances service, cost, quality, compliance, and resilience objectives without formal ownership of a director-level P&L or large organization. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of progressive supply chain or operations experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience in a matrixed multinational organization. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/CPIM certification, free-trade-zone or shared-services manufacturing experience, and Oracle or comparable ERP/MRP experience.
