Description
Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Director to provide interim leadership for a large permanent supportive housing program in the Bronx. The onsite contract covers Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and pays $48.00 to $55.00 per hour. The role oversees program operations, multidisciplinary residential and case management teams, resident services, compliance, crisis management, budgets, reporting, quality assurance, and stakeholder relationships. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant experience, and demonstrated experience leading staff; supportive housing, residential behavioral health, or residential services experience is strongly preferred.
