CAMBA is hiring a full-time Program Director to oversee supportive housing programs at multiple New York City locations. The role reports to the Vice President, supervises staff, ensures compliance with CAMBA and funder policies, develops quality assurance and performance systems, prepares reports and appraisals, analyzes program data, and represents the organization at funder and community meetings. Candidates need a licensed master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, plus experience in clinical supervision, housing, mental illness, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, special needs, group facilitation, and supportive housing operations. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 annually, with health and dental insurance and other benefits.
