Program Director, Surgical Services at Stepful

Stepful is hiring a remote Program Director to lead its Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs. The role owns curriculum, skills-lab and clinical operations, instructor team leadership, student outcomes, regulatory compliance, enterprise client partnerships, and program expansion. Candidates need at least three years of surgical technology or sterile processing teaching experience, active NBSTSA or NCCT certification, five years of clinical or operational experience, and two years of healthcare education or clinical operations experience. The role requires occasional travel to employer partner sites and reports to the Senior Director, Operations.
