Description
The Arete Program Director will build, evaluate, and monitor partnerships and program activities for youth at one or more school-based sites. The role coordinates projects and budgets, supports student and staff recruitment, manages attendance and program data, develops curriculum and SMART goals, collaborates with schools and partners, and represents Arete Education. It requires a master’s degree, 5–8 years of leadership experience in education or the afterschool industry, required trainings and background clearances, and proficiency with Google Education Apps, Microsoft Office, Zoom, social media, and video or photo editing tools.
