Description
The Hotchkiss School is hiring a Program Director to lead and develop its Varsity Rowing program, including both boys’ and girls’ squads and the winter conditioning concentration. The role oversees program operations, practice planning, athlete development, regatta management, recruiting, team culture, assistant-coach supervision, boathouse operations, and collaboration with admissions and athletics staff. It may be structured as a faculty appointment or a coaching-focused role and requires demonstrated competitive-rowing coaching experience, athlete-development expertise, assistant-coach supervision experience, and relevant licensing and safety certifications.
