Description
AECOM is hiring a Program Director, Water / Wastewater to provide senior leadership across the full lifecycle of large, complex water and wastewater programs in the United States. The role oversees multidisciplinary engineering, construction, environmental compliance, commercial, and stakeholder teams; establishes governance and performance frameworks; ensures regulatory and safety compliance; and supports pursuit strategy, proposal development, and client engagement. The position may begin with flexible work but requires relocation to an identified program location, with current program locations including Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, and Dallas. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and typically 15+ years of experience delivering large water or wastewater programs are required.
