Asian Law Caucus is hiring a full-time Program Director for its Workers’ Rights Program in San Francisco, California. The hybrid role requires two days per week in the office and reports to the Legal Director. The Program Director will lead a team of attorneys, a paralegal, and a community advocate; develop and execute strategic litigation, policy advocacy, direct legal services, community engagement, and worker-organizing initiatives; manage the program budget and resources; and build partnerships with worker centers, community organizations, and funders. The position requires a J.D. and California bar membership, at least eight years of relevant employment or workers’ rights experience, and three to five years of staff-management experience. Annual compensation ranges from $161,197 to $176,144, with medical, dental, disability, and life insurance coverage.
